The Opportunity
We're looking for a smart, driven
Business Development & Commercial Executive
to join us at a pivotal time.
This isn't a "plug and play" role -- you'll be learning, shaping projects, negotiating deals, and making a real difference from day one.
If you love taking ownership, learning fast, and being trusted to get results, this could be a perfect fit.
What you'll be doing:
Build strong relationships with suppliers and customers in the USA (remote-first).
Negotiate commercial deals -- pricing, terms, and agreements.
Provide admin support for commercial deals
Support pricing models, margin analysis, and commercial reporting.
Represent the company professionally -- online, in person, and by phone.
Attend key industry events in North America (travel 1-2x/year).
Keep our CRM and project tracking up to date
Identify and help drive new property investment opportunities in the UK (e.g. HMOs, rentals, developments).
Explore and help launch new investment and business opportunities.
About You
You'll thrive here if you're resourceful, confident and determined.
You'll need:
Great communication skills -- clear, confident, and personable.
Strong numeracy -- you're comfortable with spreadsheets, margins, and pricing.
A self-starting mindset -- you spot opportunities and take action.
A positive attitude -- you're ready to learn new sectors and stretch yourself.
1-4 years' experience in business development, sales, commercial support, or property (ideal but not essential).
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in B2B commercial environments.
