Key Responsibilities
Sales
Conduct strategic market research to identify and target potential clients in the Central London area.
Build strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telephone, email, Salesforce, and LinkedIn among others.
Schedule appointments for the Operations Team to conduct site surveys and prepare quotations. In time, site visits will be carried out by the applicant.
Maintain and update client information and business opportunities using the CRM system (Salesforce).
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
Marketing
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Manage and analyze website performance using Squarespace and Google Analytics.
Oversee company social media accounts (LinkedIn and blog), creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Develop and execute online and digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.
Be prepared to assist with tasks outside your primary responsibilities, contributing to areas such as operations, administration, or client support when needed.
Foster a supportive, team-oriented work environment by sharing knowledge, ideas, and resources.
Bring a good attitude and work-life balance to the office.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales or business development is a plus.
Familiarity with the cleaning industry is advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
Good time keeping is essential.
