About Packamama:



We're a climate tech start up advancing wine packaging for a low-carbon future. Our flat wine bottles made from recycled content are already used by some of the world's most forward-thinking wine brands and retailers, helping to meet rising consumer demand for sustainable solutions.

About you:



We're looking for a proactive, eager team player who will make a meaningful contribution to a close-knit team of six.

Proactive, comfortable taking initiative, and working independently Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excited by sustainability and innovation Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events Strong at Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales and Business Development



Drive direct outbound sales activity with wine producers, retailers, and brand owners Proactive outreach to new prospects to spark interest and demand for Packamama's solutions Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce Be involved and participate in external meetings Prepare presentation decks and commercial proposals

Account Management



Maintain and grow relationships with our existing customers multinationally Act as a trusted advisor by keeping clients informed of industry developments and innovations Identify and develop opportunities for clients to expand their range of Packamama products

Marketing Support



Contribute insights for case studies that showcase customer success Handle incoming and existing press or media inquiries and direct them to the appropriate colleagues Feed into social media strategy by flagging customer stories and industry trends
