As we continue to expand our presence in the UK and international markets, we are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Business Development Executive to join our London team and support high-value growth within the architectural and design sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
Work closely with the Global Business Development Manager to implement strategies that drive revenue and market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with specifiers, architects, designers, and key stakeholders.
Assist in developing pricing strategies and maximising profitability across product lines.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as a trusted representative of the LEDFlex brand within the London design and specification community.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Sales & Project Support
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support forecasting and sales reporting to guide strategic decisions.
Personal & Professional Development
Stay informed about the latest trends in lighting, architecture, and sustainability.
Attend industry events and training to enhance product and market knowledge.
About You
Proven experience in a business development, commercial, or client-facing sales role.
Strong understanding or interest in architecture, design, or lighting specification.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and close high-value opportunities.
Organised, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
