I am looking for a self-motivated, target focused and confident individual is required to join a successful and entrepreneurial (family run) tech business based in Letchworth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role within the business\'s international sales team.

You will work very closely with the businesses Business Development Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of international retail and wholesale clients. Through building existing and new relationships you will maximise the sales potential within the organisation.

You will need to have strong interpersonal skills and either have the potential to develop or already posses excellent business development skills, that will enable you to identify and secure new clients to add to your portfolio.

As a Business Development Executive you will ultimately be responsible for:

• Relationship management of a portfolio of international clients working with the gaming and retail sector.
• Trading in a range of products all across the world, including sourcing new product ranges, organising shipping and working with established a new suppliers
• Dealing with inbound enquiries and processing sales orders. This would include providing quotes, checking stock levels, cross and up selling and sales lead conversion
• A range of online administrative activities
• Liaising with approved suppliers to create offers for clients in order to drive revenue
• Working closely with the warehouse operations team to ensure deliveries are dispatched correctly and on time and returns are processed correctly
• Supporting the sales and business developoment management team and company directors

The ideal Business Development Executive (B2B) candidate will need:

• Experience within a B2B sales and/or buying environment
• Great client relationship management experience
• Experience of working on a Mamut accounting system (or similar) - Desirable but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Account management experience
• Experience of using Excel and other Microsoft packages
• Able to work independently and make your own decisions
• Great attention to detail
• Experience of trading worldwide - Desirable but no essential
• A passion for gaming would also be extremely beneficial

Working Monday to Friday 9:00 TO 17:30 the offices are within walking distance of Letchworth train station. The right candidate can expect to receive a salary up to \xc2\xa325,000 plus uncapped commission and a nice benefits package that includes 22 days holiday moving up to 25 days over 3 years, on-site parking, flexible working upon successful completion of probation and regular social events.
