A premier global law firm is looking for a self-motivated, independent and hardworking Business Development Executive to support their Advisory and Contentious practice groups in London or Belfast. Reporting to the Senior Manager within the practice group, this is a broad role that assists in the delivery of marketing and business development operations. The purposes of the role are to increase the firm\'s revenue and profitability, retain and grow business through pitching, lead market and client intelligence efforts and channel the firm\'s brand, identity and culture. The successful applicant will support the execution of Business Development, Marketing and Communications plans for the Advisory and Contentious practice groups by delivering high quality support in key client management, proposals, marketing, directory submissions, events, data analytics and design. Other key responsibilities will include creating content, using social media to support fee earners and assisting with projects. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of marketing and communications and prior experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally gained within a professional services environment. Demonstrable success in working with stakeholders and developing relationships will also be important for the role. The firm is looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and the ability to effectively coordinate competing priorities whilst working across multiple cultures and time zones.
