Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities



As a Business Support Coordinator, you'll be a vital link in our global engagement efforts, directly supporting the Global Markets Director and their team to drive international growth. You'll assist with key sales processes, compile and analyse data to provide valuable insights, and ensure efficient administrative operations, all of which are crucial to the team's success.




- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global Markets Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and the preparation of correspondence and presentations.


- Assist the Global Markets Director and their team with project related tasks, including research, data gathering, and progress tracking, ensuring smooth execution of growth initiatives.


- Compile, analyse, and present pipeline activity data, providing clear and concise reports to support forecasting and informed decision making for the Global Markets Director and their team.


- Organise and prepare for team meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and detailed minute taking, ensuring efficient follow up actions for the team.


- Manage agreements, process invoices, and maintain accurate records within our CRM system, ensuring compliance and efficiency for the team.


- Assist with client and stakeholder communications, including email campaigns, event support, and follow up correspondence, building strong relationships on behalf of the team.


- Work alongside other team members, providing support with presentations.


About You



You will bring a combination of proactive support skills and administrative capabilities to excel in this role. Your ability to manage diverse responsibilities, build effective relationships, and operate adeptly within a dynamic global organisation will be key to your success. Specifically, you will offer:




- Experience in a combined business development support and administrative role, with involvement in project coordination or management, and providing direct support to senior management.


- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to proactively manage the Director's schedule and administrative requirements.


- Effective interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish and maintain positive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, both internally and externally.


- Well developed time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing demands within a dynamic environment, with available support and resources.


- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing, ensuring the accurate and accessible delivery of information at all levels.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.


- A proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative, maintain confidentiality, and adapt effectively to evolving priorities.
