We\'re looking for a Business Compliance Manager whose primary focus will be on financial promotions and ensuring our advertising and marketing activities adhere to regulatory excellence.
You\'ll be the go-to person so our business areas can achieve their objectives while staying on top of regulatory expectations. We\'ll count on you to provide guidance, interpret the rules, and offer valuable advice on promotional material.

What you\'ll be doing

• Providing compliance expertise to the Growth department
• Enhancing policies, procedures, and controls related to financial promotion rules and review processes
• Acting as key stakeholder with compliance representatives within entities to ensure compliance with financial promotions-related policies, procedures, and controls
• Approving robust financial promotions, ensuring they are compliant with regulation and advertising codes and practices within the UK
• Ensuring appropriate governance and regulatory requirements are followed for approval of proposals, documents, promotions, and communications

What you\'ll need

• Multiple years of experience in driving financial promotion compliance in a regulated business
• Experience within the UK market and deep knowledge of FCA and ASA regulations related to financial promotions
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A strong desire to change traditional business banking
• The capacity to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
