We are currently focussed on developing a product, Digilytics RevEL, to revolutionise loan origination for secured lending covering mortgages, motor and business lending. The product leverages the latest AI techniques to process loan application and loan documents to deliver improved customer and colleague experience, while improving productivity and throughput and reducing processing costs.

The product is currently deployed at a number of lenders in the UK and at early stages of deployment at lenders in the US. The leadership strongly believes in the ethos of enabling intelligence across the organization. Digiliytics AI is headquartered in London, with presence across US and India.

About the role



We are looking for a Business Analyst, who has the aspirations and appetite for working in a growing environment, and with relevant industry experience to make a significant contribution to our Digilytics platform and solutions.

Responsibilities



Interact with business users, clients, SMEs for gathering requirements, demo and user acceptance testing Triage and prioritize product improvement ideas received from different sources (internal & external) Combine the feedback gathered from the stakeholders, development ideas and future ideas to build and manage the product backlog Pro-actively work on the product backlog and update it on regular intervals Elaborate epics and features into user stories Document user stories along with acceptance tests Sprint planning and product backlog prioritization

Expected and Desired Skills



Illustrate design ideas using process flows, wireframes, mockups. Knowledge of tools such as Balsamiq, Mockplus, MS Visio Fundamental knowledge of Agile and exposure in Agile software development environment/projects Knowledge of Analytics and data science domain is a plus Comfortable documenting user stories and having solutioning experience Strong business, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal/written communication along with structured and strategic thinking. High Confidence levels, ability to take ownership & accountability with focus on the end result.

Experience



Between 2-4 years Proven experience working in both smaller and larger organisations having multicultural exposure. Proven track record of delivering and deploying software Experience with large enterprise client will be an added advantage Experience in Client and Stakeholder Management Domain and industry experience in one or more of these industries - Financial Services

Education Background



An advanced degree, or equivalent, such as a Master's, or MBA An undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in Software Engineering/Computer Science
