Business Analyst | eDV Clearance Required | Up to \xc2\xa370,000 + Bonus | Gloucestershire | Flexible Hybrid Working | 1 Stage Interview Process

Yolk Recruitment are working with a Global Defence Company looking to grow their National Security division in the UK. They\'re looking for an experienced Business analyst to join their Gloucestershire office.

As Business Analyst you will work closely with stakeholders (internal & external) particularly during the initial phase of projects to gather requirements & assist the technical leadership in formulating workable technical solutions. To be successful you will need Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within a secure environment as well as strong understanding of Agile / Scrum process.

This role is based at their Gloucestershire location & they offer flexible hybrid working dependent on the project needs. Active eDV clearance is essential for the role.

What you will be doing:

• Working with a range of stakeholders (internal & external) to define business problems & requirements.
• Documenting client requirements & working closely with technical leadership to assist in the planning of workable technical solutions.
• Act as the client liaison between the customer & the engineering function.

The experience you will bring to the team:

• Strong stakeholder management experience ideally with secure or government clients (internal & external).
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum principles.
• Experience working on projects across the whole software development lifecycle.
• Technical background in software, data or cloud engineering would be highly beneficial but not required.
• Active eDV security clearance.
