Our client, a respected industry leader in the field of pharmacy services, is seeking a Retail Analyst to join their team. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and personalised interactions, our client is dedicated to serving local communities through their network of branches.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE BUSINESS ANALYST;

• Annual Salary up to c \xc2\xa337,000 \xe2\x80\x93 salary will be in line with Analytical experience
• Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 we can negotiate start and finish times

THE ROLE OF BUSINESS ANALYST;

Daily / Weekly / Monthly use of Analytical skills:

• Utilise advanced IT tools, including Microsoft Excel, to extract, manipulate, and analyse financial data with precision
• Identify accounting and operational trends and anomalies, providing valuable insights for strategic planning
• Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis for retail and wholesale outlets, comparing against budgets, historical data, and industry benchmarks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of improved performance measurement and reporting processes
• Communicate your findings effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations
• Proactively participate in ad hoc financial projects to address evolving business needs and opportunities

Essential Qualities:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, enabling sophisticated data manipulation and comprehensive reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in financial information
• Exceptional organisational skills and an unwavering attention to detail
• Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
• An analytical mindset coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team
