Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 Month contract based remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

• The purpose of this project is to enable the participation within the new One Bank Mortgages franchise set up within Retail Banking. One Bank Mortgages will act as the home for mortgage fulfilment and servicing. This role will play a key part in this delivery by supporting the definition and implementation of a migration plan to transfer existing mortgage book to the target technology solution.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Solution design & documentation.
• Exception management and identification.
• Escalations- spot issues, 1st level incident management.
• MI & Trend analysis- creation and maintenance.
• Problem solving & resolution suggestion/Implementation.

• Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong stakeholder and third-party supplier management skills.
• Highly analytical mindset.
• strong organisational skills.
• Business analyst certification.
