Business Analyst - Building Safety Services

Billericay based with a balance of home and office working

\xc2\xa344,275 per year

35 hours per week (flexible working considered)

Temporary position for up to 12 months

We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst - Building Safety Services to join our Building Safety Services team, based in Billericay. The Building Safety department is responsible for ensuring that the Group meets all new and existing legislative and regulatory requirements with regard to building safety.

The role of Business Analyst - Building Safety Services will include:

• Manage projects throughout the project lifecycle through the effective control and utilisation of resources (including budgets)
• Make recommendations to the Senior Management Team to support decisions on any area of business change
• Review key business issues and consider how best to improve business performance
• Liaise with internal and external customers to identify business needs/perform analysis to enable the implementation of effective change
• Conduct data analysis to establish areas requiring improvement

Skills and experiences:

• Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
• Proven experience in delivering business improvement projects within time, quality and budget constraints
• Experience in undertaking business analysis and identifying business improvements
• Previous experience in the creation of business cases for change and other project documentation
• Proven experience of producing quality business documentation, including process documentation using BPMN
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
