Advanced Travel is a Coach and Minibus transport company based in Rotherham. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Coach/Minibus driver who is fully qualified with the correct PSV licence. The role involves transporting customers in safety and comfort, whilst providing them with excellent customer service.

We are a friendly and welcoming company and would help to make you feel part of the team and family. We have been operating for over 15 years and with an increase in work, we are looking for more drivers to join our team.

You will be required to transport students to and from school safely and reliably. There will be a morning and afternoon shift Monday to Friday, during school term times. The pay rate for this is 13 per hour. There is also opportunity for additional work in between shifts and in school holidays, at a higher pay rate of 15 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations

- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior

- Communicate effectively with passengers and provide excellent customer service

- Follow designated routes and schedules for timely transportation

- Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

- Valid PSV license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience as a bus driver preferred

- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance

- Clean DBS check (we can apply for this for you)

- Ability to follow directions and adhere to schedules

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
