The projects team work on a number of top city assets on a range of projects including refurbishments, office fit out, retail fit out, remediation work and decarbonisation. They have a large number of licences to alter which also keep the team busy. The Building Consultancy team cover all the Building Surveying specialisms so there is the opportunity to work on dilapidations, technical due diligence, RCA, PPM and development monitoring - depending on where your interests lie.
