A Multi-disciplinary construction, property consultancy is on the hunt for a building surveyor in London.
This firm work with Private Commercial, Public Authorities and charities to deliver a tailored service to clients throughout the UK. This role will place you within a team of 10 employees. You can expect to have direct support towards your personal career development and learn of experienced professionals.
Location: London (Permanent)
Type: Hybrid (least 2 days in office)
Salary: up to \xc2\xa358,000 per annum
Services include:
- Party wall issues
- Dilapidations
- Project Management
- Feasibility Reports
- 2 year\'s commercial experience
- Experienced working with architects, preparation of specifications and drawings
- Feasibility reports
- Commercial refurbishments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- To strive to improve via development and knowledge as an individual.
- To strive to undertake all the duties to the best of your abilities.
- To maintain the requirements for CPD as set out by the RICS and abide by all other RICS rules and regulations.
