Job Description
Our client is a Global Engineering and Construction Consultancy with offices through out all the major cities across the UK.
Due to an increase in their current workload they are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be working on public and private sector projects with work across a variety of sectors to include healthcare, education, commercial, industrial and government.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Assist on individual Building Surveying, Project Management, and Contract Administration commissions.
- Fully involved in the production of drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Survey and Report writing for the full range of typical core professional Building Surveying services.
- Construction monitoring and snagging assessments.
- Continuous improvement to our standards, processes and knowledge to deliver to our core clients.
- Financial, commercial and risk management from project inception through to completion on own projects.
- Be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, in a Building Surveying RICS accredited degree
- Have some post degree experience
- Be passionate about Building Surveying and furthering your career with a leading construction consultancy
- Have some experience of multiple aspects of surveying from design work to condition surveys, feasibilities, and contract administration
