Job Title: Building Surveyor (all levels)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: \xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa370,000 ( DoE Graduate - Senior)

Summary

My client, with extensive commercial expertise and a deep understanding of the property life-cycle requirements of investors, occupiers, lenders and developers, their building consultancy team provides specialist advice across the full spectrum of building surveying services.

Currently looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join our growing Birmingham Building Consultancy team providing a spectrum of commercial consultancy advice across a diverse client base of predominantly private sector investor clients.



My client do not pigeonhole their Building Surveyors into working in particular service lines This particular Building Surveying team were attracted to the profession because of the diverse and varied work they do, and they do the work that interests them. The successful candidate will be fully engaged in all aspects of Building Surveying, from inception and negotiating scope of services with Clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Due diligence
• Construction monitoring
• Contract administration
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Dilapidations and exit strategy
• Party walls (previous experience not essential) Fire insurance cost assessments

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse, market leading client base within a team of industry leading professionals who will assist in the significant development of your career.

Ideally you will be newly chartered with some experience across both professional and project-based work, we are also looking for newly graduated Building Surveyors with 6 - 12 months post qualification experience.
