Job Description
:To promote and apply the Building Regulations and allied legislation. To provide a point of contact where clients can obtain an authoritative, independent, accurate service across the wide range of technical matters on which modern construction is founded.Please note
- There are two permanent, full time posts, working 36 hours per week.
- The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm
- Location will primarily be Environmental Resource Centre, Balloo, Bangor
- A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise.

- 35 days of annual leave (including bank/public holidays), rising to 38 days after five years of service, and 41 days after 10 years of service.
