About the role:
C-Tech Automation
is seeking to expand their workshop team for the summer period, you'll play a key role in assembling and testing both mechanical and automation systems. You'll be working under our workshop lead to help bring concepts to life. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates in a STEM subject that would like some industry experiance for the summer!
Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components and sub-systems from drawings and instructions
Assist with the setup and testing of machinery and equipment
Perform quality checks, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Support the workshop lead in day-to-day build activities
Requirements (All preferable; not essential):
Hands-on experience with mechanical tools and workshop equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or CAD outputs
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Currently studying or recently completed a course in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical.
