We need flexible people looking to work full-time/part-time including evenings, some daytime during the week, weekends and holidays. Please state your availability when applying. Bubbleology is an exciting bubble tea concept. We are currently seeking vibrant, friendly professionals to join our opening Bubbleologist team. You will be working mainly in the front of house preparing drinks, taking orders, and serving our guests. Bubbleology is a creative, quirky, and fun new beverage concept that sells the best bubble tea in the UK. If you have experience in a busy bar/cafe/restaurant, can work under pressure and think you would make a great asset to our team, then give us a shout. Job role Key focuses for the role are excellent bubble tea quality and amazing service, drink counter operation, cleanliness, maintenance and team training. The impact of a great Bubbleologist will allow a shop to grow bubble tea drink sales. The Bubbleologist is an integral part of the shop team and will be expected to carry out other duties as appropriate to the business need. Key responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 To create delicious bubble tea according to Bubbleology standards in an efficient and safe environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 To always follow the order of making tea as per shop training manual and reference table provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure stock is rotated and used according to standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 To work together to ensure the shop and kitchen is the best it can be. \xe2\x80\xa2 To serve customers efficiently, politely and quickly in an engaging manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be able to communicate with confidence about bubble tea. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain bubble tea quality through tasting. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain the drink equipment and machinery to Bubbleology standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 To view the drink counter / bar from customers eyes and clean as you go. \xe2\x80\xa2 To adhere to all aspects of health and safety and food safety in accordance with the law and Bubbleology standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure sufficient stock of bubble tea ingredients, packaging and utensils. Basic Qualifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality \xe2\x80\xa2 Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and exceptional customer service, cash handling and store safety and security \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare beverages to standard recipes \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
