Job description - Account Handler

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the (Before The Event) BTE Team as an Account Handler. The role will be primarily to support the Development Manager with growth on existing BTE Legal Expense Business and general administrative support to the wider team, with on the job training and support along with a career development plan which will support you in your long term goals. You will also have the opportunity to attend audits, visit our clients for business meetings, which will help develop your interpersonal skills and your business acumen.
This role would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive and who is a competent problem solver. This role will involve limited working away.
Essential Skills/Experience required to succeed in this role:
Minimum 2 years office experience (ideally insurance/broker/legal)
We will also consider candidates that do not have the full 2 years office experience if they have a legal qualification.
IT knowledge required:
Intermediate E-mail/Internet/Word.
Basic - Salesforce and Power BI
Basic - Excel and Access
Excellent e-mail/letter drafting skills.
Team Player.
