This role is integral to our operations, providing comprehensive support to our vibrant and diverse team. We are seeking an individual who is not just adept at managing administrative tasks, but someone who can bring a high level of organisation, efficiency, and professionalism to our team.
As a Brunel Hive Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative procedures across various functions within Brunel Hive. Your role will be multifaceted, involving a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial to the success of our team. You will be tasked with managing diverse administrative tasks across numerous business support projects, requiring a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in complex settings, consistently meets targets, and has a proven track record in a broad spectrum of administrative roles. We value individuals who can bring a proactive approach to their work, anticipating needs and providing solutions to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Your core responsibility will be to offer seamless support to all stakeholders, ensuring that all administrative procedures are executed efficiently and effectively. This pivotal role will involve liaison and coordination with several key team members, including the Brunel Hive Director, the Director of Business Engagement, the Brunel Hive Finance Director, the Business Engagement Manager, and the Help to Grow Business Management team.
