About the Role:

As a Broker Assist Officer, you will be responsible for the retrieval and validation of new mortgage applications, including accompanying documents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of mortgage applications by performing various administrative duties and liaising with underwriters, applicants, and intermediaries.

Key roles & responsibilities include

:



Responsible for the retrieval and validation of new mortgage applications including accompanying documents. Responsible for administrative duties associated with the mortgage application. Responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound queries and enquiries relating to mortgage applications with mortgage applicants and their intermediaries.

We are looking for some who has:



An understanding of mortgages and strong focus on customer service. Excellent communication skills and be a fast learner, particularly with new software and systems.
