Our luxury lifestyle hotel is located right where it\'s all happening; in Dublin\'s city centre on the Grand Canal at Portobello Harbour. The newly-built hotel offers a stylish restaurant, chic bar, state of the art gym and 175 stunningly-curated bedrooms.

As a Breakfast Manager and a City Lover at NYX Hotels, you\'ll keep the breakfast shift running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you\'ll be stepping into a busy role! You\'ll think creatively to offer five star service and wow every guest who comes in to your restaurant.

The shift pattern for this role is 06:30 - 15:00, on a rota basis of 5 days a week.

If you\'re our ideal Breakfast Manager, you will:

• Be yourself!
• Lead by example and let your personality shine through
• Be visible on the floor, so that the team knows you\'ve got their backs
• Ensure KPIs are set and support the team in achieving these
• Work closely with the other departments
• Manage stock control on a regular basis
• Identify any training opportunities - we want you and your team to build a future with Leonardo Hotels
