Job Description

Our Breakfast Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing our busy breakfast operations front of house across our two restaurants.



The Breakfast Duty Manager will be one of the first on site, setting up our restaurants and Buffets as per our standard operating procedure and opening checklists. They will plan out the service, creating shift plans and setting objectives and goals for the team.



This is a key role as part of our senior leadership team here at Chessington World Of adventures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Setting up the Restaurants and Buffets to spec for service Creating shift plans for the team Dealing with any customer concerns or complaints Maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness Training and inducting new team members Coaching and developing a large team Communicating / liaising with the kitchen team throughout service

Skills and experience Required:

Experience within a busy Food & Beverage environment Experience Leading a team Ability to cope well with pressure and high volume A passion for people, service and food Be a morning person! Our Breakfast Managers are needed from 6am Strong communication skills Must have high standards of operational excellence
