THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a Breakfast Chef to join us here at the Alan Hotel.

As a Breakfast Chef you will be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent quality breakfast dishes in a timely manner.

Our team are like a family, and we work together to deliver outstanding guest service to our guests by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly remarkable service. We are an enthusiastic, authentic bunch of individuals who truly care about teamwork and great service!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To succeed in the role of Breakfast Chef you will need the following qualities and skills.

• The ability to adhering to the company\'s rules and regulations on policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
• A team player who thrives in the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen department
• Someone who is passionate about food and willing to learn
• Previous experience in a similar role
• An understanding of quality control and kitchen standards
