Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & PR Manager to join our marketing team. The Brand & PR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and strategic marketer who is passionate about shaping the image and perception of our brand.

Key Responsibilities: * Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and values. Continuously evaluate and refine the brand strategy to stay relevant and competitive.

  • Brand Identity: Define and uphold the visual and verbal brand identity guidelines, including logos, colours, typography, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • Brand Campaigns: Plan and implement brand awareness campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition and engagement among target audiences.
  • PR - Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media, leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts, manage media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform brand decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand experience and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, customer perception, and engagement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand and PR management.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated project management and budget management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
