Job Description

Job Overview As the In-House Brand Photographer & Content Producer, you play a vital role in visually communicating the brand's luxury identity through exceptional photography and content. Your primary focus is on shooting and editing high-quality visuals of watches, jewellery, custom pieces, and exclusive events, while also producing short form video content for social media. This is a hands-on, creatively demanding role that requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and high standards of execution, particularly in a luxury retail and startup setting. You will also be expected to work efficiently and independently, managing your workflow through ClickUp to ensure timely delivery and organised output across platforms. You should be comfortable balancing both still photography and short-form video content, maintaining the highest level of quality while responding quickly to evolving campaign needs.

Key Responsibilities



1. Product Photography & Videography



? Photograph high-end jewellery and watches with an impeccable eye for lighting, sharpness, and brand aesthetic.

? Create clean, luxury-standard product videos to showcase craftsmanship, quality, and uniqueness.

? Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily and weekly campaign demands.

. Short-Form Video & Social Conten

? Create engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

? Be proactive in identifying content opportunities and turning around visuals in short timeframes.

? Edit videos using professional tools, ensuring colour grading, audio, and pacing match brand tone.

3. Social Media Content Creation



? Capture behind-the-scenes content and product highlights for use across digital channels.

? Support the wider team with story-led visuals that align with social trends and brand messaging.

? Collaborate closely with the marketing and social team to produce timely, on brand assets.

4. VIP & Event Photography



? Be available to capture high-profile moments during VIP visits, celebrity appointments, and events.

? Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when shooting with clients.

? Provide a fast turnaround on content for real-time campaign use.

5. Content Planning & Execution



? Collaborate with the Content Manager and broader marketing team to plan visual production for campaigns.

? Take initiative in preparing shoot plans, mood boards, and lighting setups where needed.

? Communicate timelines clearly and flag any scheduling or resourcing issues in advance.

6. Post-Production & Asset Delivery



? Retouch and colour-correct all assets to meet brand standards.

? Label and organise deliverables by collection, product, and purpose (e.g., social vs. website).

? Ensure all files are stored in an accessible, well-organised structure for future team use.

7. Brand Consistency & Storytelling



? Understand and implement the visual tone and mood of the brand in all imagery and video content.

? Stay aware of trends in high-end jewellery, watches, and luxury fashion photography.

? Suggest innovative ways to improve visual storytelling and elevate brand positioning.

8. Workflow & Task Management



? Use Click Up daily to manage task tracking, updates, and project deadlines.

? Communicate with managers proactively about delays or roadblocks.

? Organise your shoot calendar and upload schedules in alignment with campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities



9. Equipment & Studio Maintenance



? Take ownership of photography equipment: ensure all gear is well maintained, cleaned, charged, and stored securely.

? Keep the studio or shooting area clean, organised, and ready for last-minute shoots.

? Flag any equipment needs or issues in advance to avoid delays during production.

10. Content Asset Library Management



? Build and maintain a searchable photo archive for internal use (e.g., Dropbox/Drive).

? Label and organise assets clearly by type, collection, date, and client where relevant.

? Create a structure for ongoing access to product shots, lifestyle imagery, and event content.

11. Cross-Department Support



? Occasionally assist the Sales or Marketing teams with urgent product or reference shots.

? Support the E-Commerce team by ensuring product photography meets online platform requirements.

12. Trend Research & Inspiration Boards



? Regularly research luxury photography trends, creative campaign ideas, and visual aesthetics.

? Present monthly mood boards or references to influence campaigns and inspire team discussions.

13. Ad Hoc Creative Support



? Support the Videographer during shoots with lighting, setup, or behind-the scenes capture.

? Provide reactive content (e.g., quick IG Stories or new product teasers) as needed for digital campaigns.

Key Attributes for Success



? Impeccable attention to detail, particularly when capturing intricate jewellery and timepieces.

? Demonstrated ability to produce both professional-grade still photography and short-form video content.

? Strong post-production and editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/CapCut/Final Cut).

? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, startup-style environment.

? Reliable, punctual, highly organised, and confident in handling high-pressure shoots.

? Strong visual eye and a passion for high-end branding and design.

? Willing to adapt and be resourceful in situations with limited time or support.
