The Role





Norton Motorcycles are looking for a

Brand Partnerships Specialist

on a contract basis for three to six months. We are looking for someone who thrives on building impactful relationships and curating collaborations that resonate with riders.





Duties/Responsibilities:





Identify, pitch, and secure strategic brand partnerships across lifestyle, apparel, tech, and motorsport industries Manage ongoing partner relationships--nurturing, optimising, and ensuring alignment with Norton brand values Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring co-branded campaigns, events, and activations to market Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring ROI and mutual value Monitor partnership performance and compile regular reports on KPIs, audience impact, and engagement Stay on top of trends in both the motorcycle industry and adjacent verticals to spot new opportunities Represent the brand at industry events, races, and trade shows to cultivate networks and promote collaboration

Person Specification:





3+ years in partnerships, business development, or brand marketing (experience in Powersports, Automotive, Lifestyle, or Outdoor Industries a plus) Proven track record of building and managing successful brand collaborations Deep understanding and genuine passion for motorcycle culture and community Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
