Brand Marketing & Content Manager

to join our team and help bring our visual identity to life across all platforms.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founders to shape and scale the visual and content strategy of the brand. You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing content creators, overseeing photoshoots and video shoots, gathering ad creatives, and ensuring content aligns with our brand aesthetic and performance goals across paid, organic and owned channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, brief, and manage content creators, photographers, and videographers

Plan and coordinate content shoots (photo & video)

Collaborate with the founder to develop high-performing ad content

Create and manage a consistent content calendar for social media, email, and SMS campaigns

Maintain visual consistency across all channels (paid ads, organic social, emails)

Track and report on content performance to guide strategy

Stay up to date with trends in content, platforms, and audience behavior

What We're Looking For:

2+ years experience in content creation, marketing, or brand management (ideally in fashion or DTC e-commerce)

Strong creative eye for luxury branding and aesthetics

Experience working with content creators/influencers

Proven experience managing or contributing to shoots (photo & video)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

A passion for men's style and luxury fashion is a big plus
