The opportunity ?
This is an awesome opportunity to help transform our Avios Brand. We've recently relaunched our Avios Brand, not only in look and feel but also our GTM strategy as well. This is a role for a brand and Marketing Executive to help drive our journey to building brand reputation through our brand evolution and to drive Fame for Avios in market.
What you'll get up to
Planning: Working with the Brand Marketing Manager, support on creating top down strategy for Avios Brand based on agreed targets and behavioral objectives; maximizing channel effectiveness and delivering customer change. Taking direction from the overall strategic plan, create detailed campaign plans designed by audience and including channel and media recommendations for all your campaigns. Such plans should deliver against IAG Loyalty objectives and KPIs and deliver increasing revenues to the wider group
Campaign Delivery: Working as part of a team to deliver compelling multi-channel direct campaigns and communications for Avios for all Op Cos as relevant. Aid with briefing through concept development and creative, artwork, production and media buying. Recommending best media agnostic plans according to overall strategy and targeting/Audience plan. Effectively manage internal stakeholders, partners and external agencies to ensure campaigns are managed on brief, on time and on budget
Campaign Targets, Test and learn and Measurement: With broad input from external agencies and relevant areas of the business, ensure campaign targets are in place. In line with Marketing Transformation objectives and Transformation Team recommendations, agree any testing and post campaign analytical insight required. Tracking campaign effectiveness and using results to make data driven decisions on future campaign plan.
Brand Management: Help drive and maintain the infrastructure that enables the reputation of Avios Brand. This includes but is not limited to Brand development, roll-out and partner or franchise audits as necessary.
Team management: Flex your upward management. Support your team's Agile practices; take accountability for the structure and process to maintain prioritized workflows and sprint planning procedures. Agency management and working with product teams to optimise owned products to aid marketing results (e.g. Avios.com).
What we need from you Ideally have previous marketing experience, particularly in travel or loyalty sectors.
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and use insights to optimise future campaigns
You'll have some experience across different marketing channels, including email, digital and offline, understanding the purpose and strategy of each media mix
You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners e.g. agencies
