THE BRAND & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you looking for a challenge with huge potential for growth? We are recruiting for an exciting hybrid Brand Manager / Commercial Trade Marketing Manager role. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for one of the UK\'s most loved beauty brands.
You will have responsibility for creating the future brand strategy and be the guardian of the brand equity, ensuring flawless execution in line with the global guidelines.
You will be responsible for the brand commercials, making sure constantly track performance and course correct plans where necessary to meet our financial commitments.
You will need strong communication skills to align all internal stakeholders, including functions such as sales, finance, merchandising, supply chain and global marketing.
You will also contribute to the positive marketing team culture. Driving energy, a positive impatience, and a willingness to share and help your colleagues to succeed.
