We are seeking an experienced and brand manager to elevate our presence across various channels and platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker who can distil complex challenges into actionable content strategies and drive impactful campaigns that resonate with our target consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute and coordinate the Brand marketing strategy in order to build strong and differentiated brand
  • Close cooperation with creative design, copy, website content management and channel marketing teams (CRM, Social Media, PR) to ensure the effective creation and implementation of cross-channel marketing campaigns and audience management
  • Monitor brand metrics
  • Definition and optimization of the full conversion funnel and audience management (including creative messaging, targeting & landing page optimization)
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like partnership, product and commercial teams
  • Taking care of budget management, and spend documentation
  • Assist with administrative processes for effective department operations such as PO setup, account payable tracking/auditing, legal statement of work compliance and accrual processes working with internal parties to ensure proper and timely payment of invoices and reporting.
Qualifications

Skills and Experience
  • Relevant years of experience in leading and growing brand content marketing, regardless of the industry.
  • Proven ability to distil complex challenges into simple, clear, and compelling strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the confidence to respectfully challenge and guide teams in the right strategic direction.
  • Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of social media platforms, PR, and influencer channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
