We're looking for a sharp, creative and organised Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of our brand and supplier campaigns across the business.
This role is ideal for a strong all-rounder with experience running end-to-end campaigns and developing brands that customers remember. You'll lead on our campaign calendar, supporting everything from product launches and local marketing to supplier collaborations and sponsorships, always with a clear eye on performance and making things happen.
It's fast-paced, varied and full of opportunity to make an impact. You'll work closely with our content, design and commercial teams, and play a key role in shaping how our brands show up in the market.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns for own brands, suppliers and merchanting brands
Managing our content marketing plans
Leading on local marketing, sponsorships and partnerships across the business
Managing our supplier marketing plans, working closely with commercial teams
Developing brand content and messaging that aligns with audience insight and tone of voice
Owning campaign timelines, ensuring briefs, creative and assets land on time and on budget
Supporting with advertising, PR and affiliate opportunities to boost reach and visibility
Updating social media channels with engaging and timely communications
Collaborating with our creative and digitals team to deliver customer-focused work
Key skills & experience:
5+ years experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B, trade, retail or supplier-led environment
Proven experience leading and delivering campaigns from concept to execution
A strong understanding of brand building and creative campaign development
Confident with campaign planning, calendars, and stakeholder management
Comfortable working with designers, agencies, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life
Familiar with using performance data and insight to refine campaigns
