Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Brand & Design Specialist to create compelling visual and strategic branding solutions that enhance our company's identity. This role will focus on brand consistency, visual storytelling, and creative execution across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design background, brand strategy experience, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain brand identity, guidelines, and creative assets across all marketing and employer brand channels.
Design and execute visual content for social media website and internal platforms with a focus on, video, corporate presentations, and print materials.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, product, and UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency.
Lead creative projects from concept to execution, including branding campaigns, corporate storytelling, and employee advocacy.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to enhance brand positioning.
Oversee the creation of videos, templates, presentations, and other brand-related materials for internal and external use.
Ensure all design and branding efforts align with business objectives and market positioning.
Qualifications:
Experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, and creative strategy work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch and Video creation software.
Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Understanding of marketing, branding principles, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with motion graphics, web design, or UI/UX is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and social media branding.
