Job description
Role Overview
The Brand and Campaigns Marketing Manager will report directly to Brand and Campaigns Marketing Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate closely with the Brand and Campaigns Marketing Lead and Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and partnerships.
Support the partnerships team to leverage distribution opportunities through owned channels and joint endeavours across the UK.
Coordinate and deliver priority campaigns, especially those offering added value through direct consumer reach and partnership networks.
Assist in managing and growing our consumer-facing brand, MoneyHelper, and our corporate brand, MaPS, across all communications channels to enhance awareness among consumers, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing plans using paid, no-cost, and low-cost channels to ensure communication excellence and high audience engagement.
Act as a brand guardian, supporting the design team and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, promoting best practice across the business.
Manage workflow and resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget, while continuously evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and brand strategies.

Person specification
Skills and Experience Required
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Proven experience in marketing campaign management or brand management, preferably within a similar role.
Strong ability to collaborate with team members and manage partnerships effectively.
Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media platforms like Facebook, and digital communication tools such as chat and WhatsApp.
Experience in project management, overseeing both internal design teams and external agencies.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Econometric modelling, and campaign dashboards for campaign evaluation.
Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to secure stakeholder collaboration and buy-in at all levels.
A proactive approach to managing and coordinating marketing activities and resources.

Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
Career Development

Selection Process:
Stage 1:
A 30-minute informal conversation with a Reed recruiter.
Stage 2:
A 1-hour competency-based interview with the MaPS panel via TEAMS. This interview will include a presentation and a series of competency-based questions that focus on the essential criteria of the role and your relevant experience.
