Brand Ambassador / Sales Support ~About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador - Sales Support, you'll be the face of the campaigns--building connections with customers, providing exceptional service, and confidently driving sales. You'll work across a variety of public settings, including promotional events, pop-up stands, and retail environments, with full training and support every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote trusted brands and meaningful causes with energy and integrity
Build strong, personal connections with members of the public through confident, engaging conversations
Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service recommendations
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Deliver clear, compelling messaging about the goals and values of our partner charities
Accurately collect and report customer information and feedback
Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, high-performance culture
Adapt quickly to different working environments and audiences
Stay up to date on campaign details, service updates, and brand guidelines
What You Bring
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and a positive, outgoing personality. A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in people and social causes will set you apart. While previous sales experience is a plus, it's not essential--we value enthusiasm, coachability, and the willingness to step out of your comfort zone.
