We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a meaningful way. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products, enhancing brand awareness, and building strong relationships with our target market. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador
1. Carry out promotional activities on our local community and also businesses relevant to our clients.
2. Gather feedbacks from the local community and be strategically set out in locations which would include central London areas and Canada Water/Canary Wharf areas.
You will be going out to business locations as well as other locations to discuss and handover our company materials. To work with our marketing team to ensure our local community is being served.

Must be fluent in English, both orally and in written.
Must be on business attire when you are representing our firm.
Duties
Actively promote and represent the brand at various events and locations.
Engage with customers to provide information about products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to foster brand loyalty.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to report feedback from customers.
Assist in organising promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility.
Utilise social media platforms to share brand messages and engage with the audience.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling communication with a broader customer base.
A proactive approach to marketing and promoting products within the community.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for the brand and its values, demonstrating enthusiasm in all interactions.
