Duties

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. Basic understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. A driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets. Highly organised with attention to detail in managing client information. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Strong customer service orientation to build lasting relationships with clients.
