Exciting News! Porsche Retail Group is expanding our team and have an excellent opportunity for a Product Expert / Brand Ambassador to work for one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre West London. This impressive Centre is a state-of-the-art building with a Barista service coffee bar, close to public transport links, heavily subsidised parking and is located 5 minutes\xe2\x80\x99 walk from Chiswick High Road, which is full of shops and restaurants.

Please note: To be considered for this position, you must hold a full UK driving licence and be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes when driving Porsche\xe2\x80\x99s full range of products.

About the role
Working in the Porsche showroom, as Product Expert / Brand Ambassador you will:

• Create experiences that go beyond sales and give visitors to our Porsche Centre an experience to remember
• Introduce visitors to the exciting world of Porsche, sharing unique brand and product insights, creating real moments of intrigue, curiosity and fascination, and making them feel a part of the Porsche story

In doing so, you\xe2\x80\x99ll inspire visitors, filling them with enthusiasm to get behind the wheel without obligation, and, ultimately, transforming them into Porsche owners \xe2\x80\x93 and loyal clients.

You won\xe2\x80\x99t be selling. Instead, as a genuine part of the Porsche family, you\xe2\x80\x99ll use your encyclopaedic knowledge of the brand, honest advice and natural conversational charm to ensure every visitor feels as if they\xe2\x80\x99re comfortably chatting about a car you\xe2\x80\x99re both passionate about. By being authentic, you\xe2\x80\x99ll give them the information they need to make the right decision on the perfect car. In short, you will have the power to inspire complete customer satisfaction, and the innate ambition and enthusiasm to consistently deliver unique experiences, rather than meet targets.

What will you be doing?
In the role of Product Expert / Brand Ambassador, you will

• Analyse customer needs, interests and specific preferences, using your extensive knowledge to identify the appropriate model and recommend the optional features that you think will truly benefit the customers\xe2\x80\x99 lifestyle
• Initiate customer investment in the Porsche story and their favourite model, before introducing them to your Sales Consultant colleagues
• Beyond the showroom, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a constant provider of support, proactively sharing your expertise with others

About the rewards
For the role of Product Expert / Brand Ambassador, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm (with a designated day off) and every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm. There is a basic salary on offer of \xc2\xa328,000 per annum, with an annual bonus of circa \xc2\xa32,500, You will also receive a fantastic benefits package, including:
