Full Time, Permanent
- OTE of \xc2\xa340,000 per annum (commissions and bonuses included)
- Compliance, business standards and office management
- Day to day running of the office
Our client is a long-established, family-run Estate Agency with award-winning financial services professionals, based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results for their clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Branch Manager:
- Effectively manage a team to generate leads for Sales, Lettings, and Financial Services
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct staff 1-2-1s and implement training plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain business standards.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Proven sales track record with Estate Agency experience (you don\'t need to currently be working in Estate Agency).
- Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs).
- Willingness to study for Estate Agency Qualifications (if not already held).
- Clean driving licence with business use car insurance.
