We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Trade Counter Branch Manager to take the reins at our Herne Bay branch and lead an established team to even greater success.
You will have demonstrated sales experience, and knowledge of the building or glazing industry would be a distinct advantage. We're looking for someone who can inspire a team, manage day-to-day operations with confidence, and drive growth by delivering outstanding service to our trade customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Leadership:
Spearhead the overall operation of the trade counter branch, setting and executing strategic goals to achieve business objectives.
Team Empowerment:
Motivate, mentor, and lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Customer Focus:
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by overseeing efficient service delivery, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Inventory Management:
Implement effective inventory control measures, optimising stock levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer demands.
