Eden Brown is looking for an experienced Social Workers to join the Child Exploitation team Bradford Council.

**Position Overview:**
As a Child Exploitation Social Worker in Bradford, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding vulnerable children and young people at risk of exploitation. Your dedication and expertise will contribute to the well-being and safety of the communitys most vulnerable members.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

1. **Assessment and Intervention:** Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people at risk of exploitation. Develop and implement effective intervention plans to safeguard them.

2. **Collaborative Approach:** Work closely with multi-agency partners, including law enforcement, schools, healthcare professionals, and community organizations, to ensure a coordinated response to child exploitation cases.

3. **Support and Advocacy:** Provide emotional support, counseling, and advocacy for children and their families involved in exploitation cases. Connect them with appropriate services and resources.

4. **Risk Assessment:** Continuously assess the level of risk to children and young people involved in exploitation and take immediate action when necessary to ensure their safety.

5. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
