We are seeking a Bookeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks while invoicing, data entry and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Sage 50
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial reports as needed
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Support the team with various projects and tasks as required.
Experience
Proven experience with booking keeping is essential
Proficiency in accounting software Sage 50 is required
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Competence in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
