We are a small business seeking a person to join us in our two businesses that we run of Property management and diversified farming. You would be the sole person responsible for our Bookeeping, administration and property management.
Responsibilities
Sole responsibility to undertake our bookkeeping and administration for the two companies we run (approx 1 day per week)
Help maintain our property businesses with tenant communications, rent renewals, legal obligations etc.
Optional; Interest in helping the team in other parts of our business would allow us to offer more hours/ more varied work. (no experience needed.
Experience
Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero.
Experience in general computer software.
Previous experience in property management/farming is preferred but not essential.
