Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Mansfield This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations within our organization. The Bookkeeper will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering quality furniture products.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accounted for. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage. Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
