Due to the expansion of our Business Support Department we have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our progressive firm and friendly team, based from either our Bideford or Launceston office.
The right candidate will have experience of computerised bookkeeping systems and be fully IT literate, examples would include Xero, QuickBooks etc. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people is a fundamental part of this role as is the ability to work flexibly as the successful candidate will be required to work with a number of different clients and their individual bookkeeping systems. A willingness and aptitude to learn new software and processes is essential and training can be provided where required.
Experience in a general administrative role in a professional office would also be an advantage, as the role will include 'front of house' duties, meeting and greeting clients, assisting them with their enquires and general administrative duties.
The position is full time, based in either our Bideford or Launceston Office, although travel to clients premises may be required so a full driving license and own vehicle is required.
The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience.
