xc2xa325,000 to xc2xa335,000Butler Rose Public Practice is pleased to be supporting our client, a reputable Wolverhampton-based accounting firm, which is looking to add a qualified and experienced bookkeeper to their team.Role Requirements -
- Working in a professional accountancy practice environment, you will have proven experience of supporting a diverse client portfolio with a range of accounting requirements as well as being highly proficient in the use of cloud-based software such as XERO, Quickbooks and Sage.
- Daily bookkeeping - bank reconciliations, sales and purchase invoice processing using XERO, Sage and Quickbooks
- Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns using CCH
- End to end payroll administration for clients of varying frequencies using Ernie (IRIS payroll software)
- Basic year end accounts production using CCH where required
- Liaising with clients to obtain data and on their behalf with the HMRC
- AAT or QBE bookkeeper with at least 4+ years' experience working within accountancy practice
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of cloud accounting systems in particular Xero, Quickbooks, Sage
