Bookkeeper (Practice)

Are you a Bookkeeper or similar with a practice background looking to join a well-established and forward-thinking \xe2\x80\x98top 30\xe2\x80\x99 accountancy firm, with technical development and progression opportunities?

In this role will oversee the bookkeeping function including daily accounts of a portfolio of clients, staying in constant contact with them. You will gather month end reviews and VAT returns and help train junior staff in the process. You will preferably be in the vibrant and busy office, but hybrid working can be discussed if required.

After expanding rapidly in recent years, this company has put in some huge plans to continue their expansion and growth. They have become part of the top 30 practices in the UK and offer their services across multiple disciplines, considering all aspects of business and personal financial affairs.

This role would suit a Bookkeeper or similar that has a practice background experienced in VAT and using XERO, who is looking to join an ambitious company, and routes to progress within.

The Role:

• Managing the bookkeeping service for a portfolio of clients
• Stay in constant contact with clients
• Monday to Friday full time role, but open to part time hours if required

The Person:

• Bookkeeper or similar
• Practice background
• VAT experience (you will be processing VAT returns regularly)
• Recent XERO experience
